Да, в общем-то остается признать, что в отказе от солонины на фронте есть безупречная логика, учитывая слабость полевого транспорта в армии РИ. Обоз бы не выдержал таких упражнений.
А кожа наверно тоже частично попадала в желудки солдатиков.
