Это огромная ошибка. Продавец считает, что объём рынка той же винды - все пользователи. Поэтому умножает их число на цену. Получая "сумму украденного". На самом деле при реальной этой цене, пользователь может и не купить, потому что бюджет не резиновый. И реальный объём "украденного" меньше как минимум в два раза, а то и более. Некупившие пойдут на линукс или просто в кино, в парк и т.д. И никогда не заплатят за винду.
Практика насильственного внедрения с конскими штрафами даже среди юрлиц за деньги показала, что экономить стараются все поголовно. И даже скидки не привлекают, если бюджета нет, сидят до победного на старом софте.
Поэтому можно смело утверждать о завышенности цены в разы, а может и на порядок.
